I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I feel this company deserves one. From the start, communication was on point and it just got better from there. Product was outstanding along with the installation, even though 6 months later the system was acting up, Dalton came out the same day I called and he fixed the problem. In todays day and age when most people use excuses for lack of service, Equi-Tech continues to impress me. Dalton is also going above a beyond to ask his Dad about possibly troubleshooting our solar hot water heater issue we are experiencing. Dalton at Equi-Tech is the absolute best! He has taken care of everything for me from a simple yet 'emergency' reset after a power outage in the summertime with a baby in the house... to a full remodel and installation. My first property was a condo built in 1988. It had serious issues. When I moved in the heat didn't work at all. It was such a bizarre setup with the air handler in the living room floor looking like a bomb from Mission Impossible and sounding like an airplane coming in for a landing that the two companies I called first came, looked at it, said they'd never seen anything like it, and refused to touch it. It had been horribly mis-wired. Dalton was the only one that knew what to do and got it going again. He was so kind and understanding, explained everything thoroughly, and was so honest and reasonable with the pricing, it was a true blessing. So when it came time to completely remodel and upgrade it, there was no doubt who to call. Dalton created a custom design to address all the unique challenges of the property and solved every issue. It was a whole new place!! Clean, quiet, modern, energy efficient, beautiful. That remodel improved the property so much, that when it came time to sell, I was then able to buy my forever home. But I'm keeping Dalton... he's "family" now and will always be my go-to for any A/C needs at my new place too! I never have to worry. I know if I call, he'll be there, and I can always count on him.

I appreciated Dalton coming out and providing an honest quote when my furnace wasn't working, and then when I decided to use his company he followed through exactly like he promised. Both Dalton and his service helper Mike accomplished the job much sooner than we anticipated and we were pleased that not only the job was done professionally but the cleanup was also. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

Just an update: My A/C unit stopped working the hottest day of the year. I figured all repair services would be really busy. I called Equi-Tech and spoke to Dalton, as expected they were very busy but he told me he would call me back if he somehow could get out to look at my A/C. He called me about an hour later and told me he could be out in an hour and a half. Just like the last time I used Equi-Tech, the service was professional and very reasonable. Equi-Tech will definitely be my go to A/C repair service from now on. Thank you Dalton for going the extra mile to get my repair done.

Dalton answered my call on a Saturday morning at 7 AM, was at my house before 8am, diagnosed and fixed the problem by 820! He is friendly, explained everything he was doing and tested my air conditioner before he left. I feel he truly cares about people. This company is open 24 hours a day and he works every weekend during the summer! Dalton Grew up in Apache Junction so I hope the whole community will support his awesome business and strong work ethic!

Dalton and James (not the bank robber-cowboys!) were timely, courteous and professional all the way with our new AC install. Old unit was 18 yrs old and on its last legs. When else does your AC break down but 7pm on Saturday night on Labor Day week end. Dalton was at the house at 9am Sunday to give me the death certificate for old unit and back at 9am Monday(Labor Day) with James to install new system. At 12:30pm(noon) our house was livable again. You guys are life savers. We will never use anyone else again for AC needs. BT and LT(and cat).

I had these guys install a new American Standard unit after my Carrier unit basically blew up after only five years due to improper installation when my home was built. Recently my line was clogged which caused my system to leak in my attic. I had contracted one of the huge valley companies to come out to perform a check up on my system less than a year ago and they lied to me and said they blew out my lines... I have American Home Shield insurance and unfortunately had to use another company (see my review of Orangutan) which was a complete disaster. I was able to use these guys and even though I called them late in the evening they were at my house by 7am the next morning and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. Great service and professional! I will continue to use these guys in the future for my preventive maintenance and wish I had contacted them first .

I recently moved in to a newer park model & wanted to make sure my heat pump was in good working condition. Dalton was on time, checked everything & declared it good to go. This is the second time I've used EquiTech & couldn't be happier with the service provided
